A testare il robot qualche giorno fa è stata un’anziana signora che ha visitato un centro commerciale a Kitakyushu, in Giappone, accompagna dalla nipote. Utilizzando semplicemente un telefonino la donna è stata in grado di controllare senza difficoltà TSMUK-4 e di scegliere un cappellino, chiedendo alla nipote di provarlo per lei. La ditta ha vagheggiato addirittura la possibilità, in futuro, di fare shopping di persona nei negozi più famosi del mondo senza muoversi da casa.
